How we use artificial intelligence
Where AI works here, what it sees, what it may not do on its own, and who keeps the decision.
This page exists because you have the right to know when you are talking to a machine and what happens to what you tell it. It is a requirement of EU Regulation 2024/1689 — we would have written it anyway.
Where AI works
Writing some of the text on this site, answering through the assistant in the platform, and in the AI agents we build for clients. Each place is marked where it appears.
You are talking to a machine, and you are told so
When an answer comes from a model, it says so next to the answer. We do not put a human name on machine-written text.
What the model sees
Only what you write to it in the conversation and the public data of the page. We do not give it our customer database and we do not send it payment data.
What it may not do alone
It does not move money, does not sign, does not delete data and does not publish in your name. Anything that costs requires a human to press the button.
Who is answerable
We are. A mistake by the model stays a mistake of the company, not of the tool.
If you want it without AI
Write to us and we will talk person to person, by email or phone. You lose nothing by it.
