What was hard
Not the building, but honesty at scale: no invented figures, no page reporting success for something it never did, no agent working with nobody ever finding out. We have checks that hunt for exactly these things, by themselves, without anyone calling them.
What we learned
That a large platform doesn't die of defects, it dies of reports that lie. A dashboard saying “12% CPU” when it couldn't measure sends you looking in the wrong place — and that costs more than a page being down.

Complete commerce
Catalogue, cart, payment, orders, stock that actually decreases, PDF invoices by email and VAT charged at the buyer's country rate. Not a demo shop.
Marketplace with escrow
Sellers, listings, money held until the goods arrive, disputes settled by a person. 140 routes for this alone.
B2B with tax verification
Companies validated against ANAF and VIES, contracts signed and kept as PDF, credentials anyone can verify without an account.
Jobs at scale
Almost 30,000 active listings, with the distance in real kilometres, not in guessed cities, and the salary brought to the same month and currency wherever the employer wrote it.
Agents that work on their own
Over a hundred agents with their own rounds: they watch the platform on their own and speak up in time when something breaks.
Probes that run themselves
What a person sees and can do on a page is checked live, not inferred from code.
