This page says, briefly and without hedging, what happens to your data on this site.
What we collect
Only what you write in the contact form: name, company, email, phone and the message. Nothing else. The site has no advertising trackers and sends no data to other companies.
Why
So we can answer your enquiry and prepare the proposal. That's all. We don't use it for newsletters and we don't sell it to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years, so we can pick up a conversation that was started. You can ask for deletion at any time at contact@obsidianteck.com, and we delete within 30 days at the latest.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the company. The data sits on our own server, inside the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to processing. Write to contact@obsidianteck.com and we answer within 30 days at the latest.
